Basic info[]
Terra Nullius was a sovereign country comprising Southern Australia, the Tasmanian Peninsula, Southern India, South Africa, Southern Florida, Nigeria-Cameroon, Taiwan, Gibraltar and Northern Antarctica. Terra Nullius borders Saltland with Nigeria-Cameroon, Shaiva with Southern India. It is currently an industrialised and a respected power internationally.
With it’s global spanning empire, Terra Nullius has an incredibly diverse climate and landscape. Deserts, Forests, Plains, Mountains, Rainforests and Tundras can be found throughout the territories under the jurisdiction of Terra Nullius. This variety allows Terra Nullius to be entirely self sufficient without the need for imports.
History[]
The Victorian Era[]
Terra Nullius, then "Victoria", initially started as a small nation compromising South-Eastern Australia. With a low population and lack of development, It was an agrarian based society focusing on feeding it’s population and raising funds to develop further. Victoria consisted of a single settlement, located in modern day Glenrowan, that housed a majority of the nations wealth, resources and development. Major developments were still made though including constructing a mob grinder and beginning minor industrialization with the Slimefun 4 plugin. Victoria's population remained stagnant but nation developed rapidly. Setting up major road infrastructure as well as beginning the construction of a major tower farm. Externally, Victoria was incredibly isolated, receiving limited contact from the outside world. Victoria was contacted by Kuroshio though, being offered vassalisation. Victoria declined but had decent relations with Kuroshio up until their collapse. As it continued industrialising and it's population boomed, Victoria renamed to "The Kelly Gang".
The Kelly Gang Age[]
The Kelly Gang was born out of the central government's response to the population boom. Victoria's government wasn't able to maintain control over the sudden population increase and Victoria rapidly decentralised. Eventually the government was dissolved and The Kelly Gang rose to power. The Kelly Gang was based on Ned Kelly, an Australian national legend that stood up to authority. Though majorly unorganised, team members cooperated and the Kelly Gang expanded, claiming many territories over the world. This aggressive expansion did have its effects though, with many altercations with nations, including the Gothic Empire, the leading world power at the time. The Kelly Gang had planned an invasion of Eldia together with the Gothic Empire following the Hiroshino Invasion and a treaty was signed between the two nations but fell through due to the Collapse of the Gothic Empire. Besides this, it rapidly industrialised and started producing gear and enchantments rapidly to improve the living conditions of the general populace. Using this economic boom, Railway lines were implemented and the construction of a mega-factory to facilitate mass-production began. Eventually, the disorganisation in the nation became too much to bear. Major reforms went underway and the nation reinstated a government, this time allowing greater freedom to all players. The Kelly Gang renamed to "Terra Nullius"
Two Powers Era[]
Following a second population boom and the increased quality of life, Terra Nullius developed and expanded further building the settlements of Whyalla in southern Australia, Menthorpe in Nigeria-Cameroon, Meridia in South Africa, an unnamed settlement in southern India and further developed the Kuroshian settlement in the Taiwan peninsula. Terra Nullius also expended multiple resources on the slimefun and cultivation plugins, eventually gaining the ability to produce netherite using the cultivation plugins and developing projects "Revolve" and "Wormhole"; two superweapons which existences had remained a secret until the end of EW4. Terra Nullius was not the sole power in the world however. Timbola, dealing with start to the server, rose to power, boasting a large population and a very skilled population. The two powers wouldn't interact directly. Terra Nullius had supported Eldia economically, providing a lend lease of books and gear to the Eldian forces. Terra Nullius had attempted to mask it's support of Eldia but Timbola saw through the deception. Only in the final days of the Eldian-Timbolan war did Terra Nullius fully commit to the conflict with Timbola, culminating in The Battle of Glenrowan and subsequent Timbolan collapse.
Pax Terra Nullius[]
Following the collapse of Timbola, the server had become inactive, including Terra Nullius. Terra Nullius began a major farming reform in the nation but it was short lived due to the server's closing.
Conflicts/Disagreements[]
The Drakonic Scare[]
In the early stages of Terra Nullius, a player named DrakonicLarva, notorious for his brutality, had started a headhunting spree around the world. This sent alarms ringing throughout the international community. It was only when the moderators got involved that they stopped.
The Tokyo Incident[]
Being interested in the action happening in Tokyo, the player EpicTDQ requested a teleport to Karaj, a Timbolian member who was present in Tokyo at the time. Little did EpicTDQ know, but the bulk of the Timbolian military was present in that exact location, preparing an ambush. Only when Timbolia’s soldiers couldn’t land a dent on EpicTDQ did they then call off the ambush, stating “There’s a lot of motion” in their defence and acting passively for the remainder of EpicTDQ’s stay.
The Eldian Contestion[]
In the aftermath of the Downfall of Eldia, the territories of the former threat were occupied by Timbolia, minimising their claims to only important territories. However, Timbuktu had it’s desires on the Terra Nullian Menthorpe Territory (Nigeria-Cameroon). Terra Nullius was completely willing to provide territorial concessions however Timbolia’s leader Shamski backed out of the deal; “You snooze, you lose”, providing no territorial gains in India. Anticipating this, Terra Nullius claimed their desired territory reguardless in India and didn’t exchange territories in Africa, contesting Timbolia’s claims in the process. Shamski further manipulated the story by informing DrakonicLarva, the former owner of the territory, that “I gave it to the Kelly Gang” and that “They said it’ll be in good hands” even though the deal never went through. Furthermore, Shamski settled a vassal state in the contested territory. Shamski continued bending the story into Timbolia’s favour stating that “They’re contesting for no reason” and “Kelly Gang are hoodlums”. This has damaged relations between Timbuktu and Glenrowan.
The Battle of Glenrowan[]
During the final days of the Eldian-Timbolan war, Terra Nullius declared war on Timbolia, supporting Eldia. The admins, however, cancelled the war but allowed Terra Nullius' declaration to continue. Immediately, Timbolan forces entered Glenrowan, stating that "We should take it soon". Terra Nullian defence forces worked bravely around the clock, successfully repelling the invasion and going on the offensive, going straight to Lagos and declaring victory. Ending the Eldian-Timbolan war and the Timbolan Saga. Timbola would capitulate directly after the battle.

Terra Nullius maintained diplomatic ties with Sundaica, Shaiva, Khashir, The Kingdom of Yorkshire, Golumet ,Hiroshino, Timbola (Before war & Collapse), The Gothic Empire (Before Collapse), Kuroshio (Before Collapse) and Sorlandia (Before Collapse)
